PTFA

Welcome to the Newnham St Peter’s PTFA

We believe in the power of community and the strength that comes from a collaborative partnership between parents, teachers, and the school. Our Parent-Teacher Friends Association (PTFA) is a vibrant and enthusiastic group dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for our children.

The mission of the PTFA is to foster a sense of community, support educational initiatives, and contribute to the overall well-being of our school. We strive to create opportunities for parents, teachers, and pupils to come together, share ideas, and actively participate in the life of the school.

What We Do:

Organise Events The PTFA organises a variety of events throughout the school year, from fun-filled family bingo nights to engaging educational activities. These events provide a platform for families to connect, share experiences, and build lasting friendships.

Fundraising We coordinate fundraising activities to support special projects, extracurricular programs, and essential resources for the school. The funds raised directly benefit the children, enhancing their learning environment and overall school experience.

Community Outreach The PTFA actively engages with the wider community to promote a positive image of our school. We collaborate with local businesses, organise community service projects, and participate in events that strengthen our ties with the neighbourhood.

Parental Involvement We encourage parents to actively participate in school life by volunteering their time and skills. Whether assisting with school events, participating in committees, or contributing ideas, every form of involvement is valued and appreciated.

Join Us!

We believe that every parent and guardian has something unique to offer, and your involvement can make a significant impact. Joining the PTFA is a wonderful way to connect with other parents, stay informed about school happenings, and actively contribute to the success of our children.
